Right on this web site. Attorney Stewart Diamond, William Kling and Ray Pruchnicki recently updated an Ancel, Glink pamphlet on Zoning Administration. Stewart and Bill made a presentation of these materials at a well-attended seminar of the DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference. One of the participants at that seminar said that, in her opinion, zoning and planning issues were the most interesting, difficult and contentious problems faced by local governmental officials.
