Bio:
Paula Vincich Randall is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November, 1990. She was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in December, 1990. She received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University of Chicago in 1987. In 1990, Paula began her legal career as an Assistant with the Lake County State=s Attorney=s Office, until her departure in 1995 as a felony trial assistant. She then entered private practice and became associated with a firm where she represented municipal clients, and handled police and municipal liability matters on both the Federal and State levels.
In October, 2000, Paula joined Ancel, Glink, where she practices primarily out of the Northwest Suburban office and concentrates in municipal law, real estate, and land use and development. She assists municipalities, park districts, and special districts with commercial land development and land use projects, land grant programs, and planning and zoning matters. In addition, she represents several municipalities in corporate matters and advises Local Liquor Control Boards regarding issuance of local licenses and application procedures. Paula also represents private developers and clients in the area of commercial development. She is a member of the Lake County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
