He worked as a research assistant to Dean Ronald A. Cass prior to clerking for a year at Neylon & O'Brien in Boston. Mr. Heinle received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Marquette University, where he earned a four-year full-ride scholarship as a Raynor Distinguished Scholar and was accepted into Marquette's Washington, D.C.-based Les Aspen Center on Capitol Hill, where he worked as a legislative assistant intern in the United States House of Representatives. Following graduation, Mr. Heinle joined Ancel, Glink's local government law practice as an associate attorney in 2004, where his practice is concentrated in municipal law, building code compliance, municipal liens and foreclosures, and zoning and land use. Mr. Heinle is also the 2007-2008 Chairman of the Chicago Bar Association's Local Government Law Committee, following a year-long stint as the Committee's Vice-Chair in 2006-2007.
