Bio: Mr. Christensen received his undergraduate degree, with a major in Finance, from the University of Iowa in 1988 and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1991. After graduation Mr. Christensen practiced law in Miami, Florida, in the field of construction litigation until returning to the Chicago area and being admitted to practice in Illinois in 1994. Mr. Christensen clerked for the Circuit Courts of Cook County from 1994 through 1996. Upon returning to private practice, Mr. Christensen represented clients in civil litigation and appellate matters, with a particular emphasis in construction, mechanic's lien, and real estate matters. Currently, Mr. Christensen practices primarily out of the Lake County Office and concentrates in municipal, real estate, construction law and litigation. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Lake County Bar Association.
