Jaime represents firm clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including civil rights, wrongful termination, and other claims
Jaime practices municipal and general litigation at Ancel Glink including cases involving personal injury, wrongful termination, premises liability, declaratory judgment, injunctive relief, landmark ordinances, civil rights claims defense, and Title VII claims. Jaime has experience handling cases from the pre-suit phase through trial. Jaime is a zealous advocate for her clients obtaining favorable outcomes.
Prior to joining Ancel Glink, Jaime practiced at a Chicago law firm defending long-term care facilities throughout the State of Illinois in cases involving allegations of nursing negligence, wrongful death, and premises liability. Jaime also practiced insurance defense litigation in the State of Florida with an emphasis on claims involving general and premises liability, personal injury, automobile negligence, property damage, and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage.
Jaime grew up east of Cleveland in Ohio and attended undergraduate at University of Central Florida in Orlando and law school at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. Her interests include hiking, camping, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
